Forgive us while we share our “15 minutes of fame” — we will return to organizing tips and storage gadgets in our next post.
For two years in a row, Closet City was awarded the “Best of Houzz” badge. “This professional’s portfolio was voted most popular by the Houzz community“! We’re so excited that the online community loves photos of our work. But, did you know Closet City has also won awards for the quality of our work? (Not just our photos.)
In 2010, our designer, Janet Stevenson, received two Honorable Mentions in the national Top Shelf Design Awards sponsored by Closets magazine. In 2012, we won two of the first-place awards for Janet’s designs and our professional installation of an unusual walk-in closet. That same design also received the “People’s Choice” award that year.
Each year (2010-2014), we also won the Bucks Mont NARI “Contractor of the Year” award for Interior Design / Space Planning. Sometimes we won for closet designs, or a Gentleman’s Library. But every win was for innovative storage design and professional construction. The most recent award (2014) was for a stunning walk-in closet / dressing room combination. That project included custom cabinetry, tons of hanging space, shelves, and a glamorous center island of jewelry drawers. (Read all about it in our post, “Dressing Room Bling“.)
Going back to the Houzz award, we invite you to visit our Houzz profile page. It features tons of ideabooks, photos, and client reviews. Feel free to add any of our over 70 photos to one of your own ideabooks! We welcome you to share with friends via Facebook, Google, and Pinterest as well. And should you decide it’s time to revamp that closet, home office, or other storage area you just can’t stand anymore, we hope you will give us a call!
